                      BEA-TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT OWN SHARES

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought 10,000 of its own B-shares for NOK
154.00 per share.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 98,000 of its own
shares, being 59,000 A-shares and 39,000 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 59,597,056.
