being 86,450 A-shares and 15,600 B-shares for NOK 144.50 and NOK 133.98 per 
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 2,102,050 of its own 
shares, being 1,605,660 A-shares and 496,390 B-shares.
