                           BEA - Trading announcement

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 357,308 of it's own shares,
being 275,208 A-shares and 82,100 B-shares for NOK 170.00 and NOK 158.91 per 
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 2,000,000 of it's own
shares, being 1,519,210 A-shares and 480,790 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 61,021,056.
