("the Bank") respectfully advises that the CEO of the Bank, Mr. Arik Pinto, announced today to the Board of Directors of the Bank his decision not to renew his employment contract as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for another term. It is Mr. Pinto's intention to complete his term of office on 31.12.2019 when his employment contract comes to an end.
