The Company announces that at close of business on 31 December 2005 the
approximate unaudited net asset value per share remaining within the "Unquoted"
and  the "Liquidation" Pools following the implementation of reconstruction
proposals was 62.69 pence per share (for shares with either "A" or "B" rights).

This calculation should in no way be construed as a forecast of the likely
payments to be received through the Liquidation process. It is an estimate which
may go up or down over the course of the liquidation.
