Option Awards

3Legs announces that on 18 October 2012, an option award over 500,000 shares was made to the CEO, Kamlesh Parmar, under the 3Legs Resources plc Long Term Incentive Plan.

The exercise price for the options is 41.1 pence per share being the average middle market closing price of the Company's shares for the five days prior to this announcement. The options are subject to performance conditions. Up to one third of the options can vest each year starting on 18th October 2013 providing annualised share price performance conditions are met each year. The earliest the options can be exercised is 18 October 2015.
