GBP150,000,000 5.25% Secured Bonds due 2043

(to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP150,000,000 5.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2043)

(the " 2043 Bonds")

Further to the deferred sale agreement announced 17 September 2020 and prospectus published 9 March 2022, Optivo has today completed settlement of GBP100 million (notional amount) of its 2043 Bonds.

This takes the notional amount of the 2043 Bonds held by investors to GBP250 million and a further GBP50 million are retained by Optivo for sale in due course.
