Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 15, 2008, on the application of the Company, the hearing to consider confirmation of the Company's proposed Joint Plan of Reorganization was continued. It will now be heard before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida on August 20, 2008. The proposed amended plan will include, among other things, the cancellation of all outstanding shares of the Company's common stock and serial preferred stock. It is intended that the terms and conditions of this plan will be provided to the Company's equity holders and creditors on or about July 25, 2008.
