Mr. Zen Mr. Zen 3 days ago
Property description: The Frog property is comprised of 5 contiguous mineral licences composed of 262
claims encompassing 6,550 ha.
Location: The Property is located approximately 70 kilometres west-northwest of the town of Natuashish
and 65 kilometres southwest of the town of Nain, Labrador, situated 30 kilometres south of the Voisey's
Bay nickel, copper, and cobalt deposit operated by Voisey’s Bay Nickel Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Vale
S.A. The Property is centered on latitude 56.02° N and longitude 62.24° W within the 1:50000 scaled
National Topographic System (“NTS”) map sheets 13M16 and 14D01.
Ownership: At the date of this report the Property is 60% owned by 86835 Newfoundland & Labrador Corp
(“86835”) of Natuashish, NL, an Innu owned private corporation and 40% owned by Wolverine Resources
Corp (“Wolverine”), a publicly trading company. On 28 February 2022, Wolverine entered into a purchase
agreement with 86835 to earn a 40% interest in the Frog Property for the consideration of 570,000,000
common shares of Wolverine at a deemed price of $0.0025 per share for a purchase price of $1,421,500.
There are no outstanding Net Smelter Royalties (“NSR”s) or encumbrances on the Property at this time.
Property History: No recorded work has been completed on the Property to date prior to 86835 acquiring
the licences. Regional-scaled government sponsored surveys including lake sediment sampling and
airborne magnetics have been completed in the area.
Geology: The Property is situated in an area near the inferred contact between the Churchill and Nain
structural provinces. The Property is underlain predominately by rocks of MesoProterozoic-aged granitic
intrusions in the Archaean-aged Nain geological province. The northern-most extent of the Property is
underlain by lower Proterozoic-aged Churchill gneisses comprised mainly of granitic to tonalitic gneisses.
Mineralization: To date, no economic mineralization has been discovered on the Property. Several float
samples taken on the Property in 2021 were found to contain weak base metal mineralization up to 889
ppm copper and 171 ppm nickel.
Exploration concept/deposit analogy: At this early stage of exploration it is difficult to ascertain a true
deposit type. Given the geological setting, however, the likely deposit type that is being modeled is the
nearby Voisey’s Bay mine, located 30 km to the north. Alternatively, during a Property visit in September
2022, it was noted that the northern extension of a strong magnetic anomaly crossing the valley floor
contained volcanic rocks similar to the Flowers River complex containing rare earth elements. Samples
have been sent for analyses and results are pending.
Status of exploration: A total of $143,545.50 has been spent during the 2021 and early 2022 exploration
programs. A total of 19 rock samples taken during prospecting in 2021 and 50 line-km of ground
magnetics have been completed on the Property to date. The 2021 ground magnetics delineated several
small anomalous magnetic high zones scattered across the grid area. Follow-up ground magnetics in
2022 delineated a strongly magnetic body extending across the entire valley over a 1.4 km strike length
that is open to the north and south. This magnetic feature is 180 to 360 m wide and shows a sharp contrast
of up to 20,000 nT between the anomaly and country rock.
Conclusions and recommendations: The Property is currently at an early stage of exploration and, although
rock samples anomalous in base metals and rare earth elements have been discovered on surface, no
source of the anomalous samples is currently evident. Magnetics on the Property have delineated several
anomalous areas to date, the most prominent of which is in the western portion of the grid extending over a
1.4 km strike length and open to the north and south.
It is recommended that airborne magnetics and radiometrics be completed over the Property to determine
the extent and quality of any rare earth deposits. Aditional prospecting is also recommended at the north
and south extents of the valley to determine a source of the strong magnetic readings from the earlier
surveys. The next phase of exploration is estimated to cost $152,000

Exploration plays are all about the drill bit. They sit stagnant for a long time then when the drill bit hits it make millionaires out of early investors. The 2% smelter fee from Voisey's Bay is paying the discoverers $10 million dollars a year, year after year after year. Since the natives in the area are so hot on this property we could be in for a surprise if they are drilling this year.
The only way to find out if the drill bit is going to turn is to call the company or look it up on investorsvillage. com, stocktwits.com or another stock board. Investors hub has been mismanaged into the ground to the point that the ibox is a disaster and for the past two months I have been denied access to it.

The Company's objective for the next twelve months on the Frog Property is that additional magnetics be completed expanding on the current grid to the north and south of anomalous readings encountered in 2022. This will be completed in fall 2023, at which time prospecting should be completed expanding the 2021 range of coverage focusing on the large magnetic anomaly in the area as it extends beyond the valley bottom to the steep valley ridges where it is more likely to encounter outcroppings.

Here is what Bruce will peddle next...... (Float - Pieces of rock that have been broken off and moved from their original location by natural forces such as frost or glacial action. Flotation)

Bruce is playing up the assay results by using the term "float rocks"...as in...there has to be a motherlode nearby..We only tested "float rocks"....Yea, that is/was one cheap ass assay.....Wandered around and picked up 26 rocks and sent them for testing....Bruce will definitely be pushing PPs to finance a more intensive assay/survey....

The conman will continue to con....

An old saying....."It's far easier to fool people than it is to convince people they've been fooled"

Wolverine Announces Analytical Results from Prospecting on the Frog Property
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 14, 2023) - Wolverine Resources Corp. (OTC Pink: WOLV) ("Wolverine") announced today that, in conjunction with 86835 Newfoundland & Labrador Corp. ("86835"), analytical results from exploration activities completed on the Property in October 2022 have been received on their Frog Property. The exploration program consisted of prospecting in an area of strong magnetics delineated by a ground magnetics survey completed earlier in the year.

A total of 23 rock (float) samples were collected and sent to Eastern Analytical Ltd. of Springdale, Newfoundland for multi-element analyses including nickel and copper sulphides as well as rare earth element minerals. Although no economic results for precious metals were found from the laboratory analyses, one sample did contain up to 780 ppm Cu. Elevated iron and depleted sulphur suggests iron (+/-) titanium oxides present likely related to the coincident magnetic high.

It was noted that all of the samples analyzed contained high levels of zirconium averaging 562 ppm Zr (2.7 times normal background levels) and the samples were subsequently analyzed for rare earth elements (REE's). Of the 23 samples, 13 were found to contain total rare earth elements (TREE) grading above twice normal background values averaging 475 ppm TREE + Y.

Preliminary petrographic work on one sample suggests the rock is an iron rich olivine ("fayalite") granite demonstrating textures consistent with chemical disequilibrium and possible hydrothermal alteration. Fayalite granites are unusual rocks commonly associated with anorthosite-magnerite-charnokite-granite (AMCG)-type massifs such as the Nain Igneous Complex.

In upper NY State, the Lyon Mountain intrusive complex hosting fayalite granites is associated with iron oxide-apatite (IOA) deposits, also known as Kiruna-type and magnetite-apatite deposits. These are considered the Cu-deficient end-member of the iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) clan (Williams et al., 2005). Both of these deposit types are economically important as sources of commodities such as Fe, Cu, Au, U, and REE (Barton, 2014).

The Frog project is still at an early stage of exploration. It is the company's intention to fly a combined magnetic - radiometric survey over the entire Property after spring melt to try to define concentrations of magnetite and rare earths for follow-up prospecting. Follow-up programs in 2023 will include additional prospecting followed by diamond drilling.

The 6,550 hectare Frog property is located in northern Labrador approximately 30 kilometres south of the Voisey's Bay nickel, copper, and cobalt deposit operated by Voisey's Bay Nickel Company Ltd. The Property is 60% owned by 86835 Newfoundland & Labrador Corp ("86835") of Natuashish, NL, an Innu owned private corporation and 40% owned by Wolverine.

Quality assurance/quality control

Due to the unavailability of rock outcropping, all rock samples taken during the program were "float" samples, rocks that have been moved from their original location but not expected to travel far. Samples were shipped to Eastern Analytical Ltd of Springdale, NL for a 34-element ICP analyses, precious metals analyses for gold, platinum and palladium, and multi-element rare earth analyses. Eastern Analytical is compliant and accredited with the International Standards Organization (ISO 17025:2014) and is the largest analytical laboratory in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Preparation of the samples by the laboratory consisted of drying and crushing the rock to 80% -10 mesh, split 250 g and pulverized to 95% 150 mesh. A 200 mg subsample was dissolved in four acids and analyzed by ICP-OES. Fire assay is a lead-collection/fusion, for refinement of total sub-sample into a silver dore bead. The silver bead is dissolved in an aqua-regia digestion and analysis for gold, platinum, and palladium by atomic absorption (AA). Re-analyses of sample splits utilizing lithium borate fusion was completed for a 31 multi-element suite of elements including REEs at Bureau Veritas laboratory of Vancouver, BC.

John Peters, P. Geo., a technical advisor to the Company, is a qualified person within the context of National Instrument 43-101 and has read and takes responsibility for the technical aspects of this release.

86835 Newfoundland & Labrador Corp.

86835 is an Innu owned and operated private mineral exploration company which owns mineral properties in both Newfoundland and Labrador.

86835 would like to thank the Junior Exploration Assistance program of the Mineral Development Division of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador for financial assistance related to the program.

About Wolverine Resources Corp.

Wolverine Resources Corp. ("Wolverine") is a junior exploration company focused on the exploration of mineral properties in Labrador, Canada. Wolverine holds a 90% interest in their Cache River copper-gold property and 40% interest in their Frog property.
