WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) is pleased to announce the release of its financial statements for the first quarter of 2012. Adjusting for a "one-time" income relating the purchase of the Elko cable system, the Company has generated a record $596,188 for the quarter and a projected $2,384,752 in revenue on a yearly basis. This is a six percent (6%) increase in revenue from last year. The increase is primarily due to the increase of subscribers of its cable systems.

The Company has hired additional sales personnel to deploy the new marketing plan. The Company has seen immediate increase in new subscriptions.
