announced that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission a Form 15 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to
terminate the registration of its Common Stock. Upon the
filing of the Form 15, the Company's obligation to file periodic
and current reports with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and
8-K, was immediately suspended. Terminating the Company's SEC
reporting obligations allows it to avoid the substantial expenses
associated with public reporting compliance and make those savings
available for other corporate purposes.
