Swiss Re to Nominate UBS's Sergio Ermotti as Chairman

Swiss Re AG said Tuesday that it is nominating UBS Chief
Executive Sergio Ermotti for election to its board of
directors.
The Swiss insurance company said Mr. Ermotti will first be
nominated to become a new nonexecutive and independent member of
the board of directors for one year on April 17.
In 2021, Mr. Ermotti will then be nominated to become chairman
of the board, succeeding Walter Kielholz.
Mr. Ermotti is leaving Swiss bank UBS in November this year.
