Shareholders about an agreement to acquire the precious metal
mining and production operations of Far East Ventures a South East
Asia company with an investment platform comprising Indonesia and
the Philippines and its newly added website http://far-eastventures.com/
The Company has done its full due diligence and
now expects the acquisition of Far East Ventures will closed by the
end of February, 2016.
