Russian fertilizer producer OAO Uralkali's (URKA.RS) said Tuesday its former controlling shareholder, billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, has sold his remaining 10% stake in the company to another Russian billionaire.

Rybolovlev sold a controlling stake in the company about a year ago to a group of Russian businessmen, led by Suleyman Kerimov, who ended up with 25% stake.

Alexander Nesis, to whom Rybolovlev's investment company, Madura, sold the remaining stake, now owns about 17.7% in the company. Filaret Galchev owns 15% in Uralkali and Alexander Mamut owns 3.5%.

Uralkali is in the process of merging with another Russian fertilizer producer, Silvinit (SILV.RS).
