--Rolls-Royce CFO Simon Kirby is leaving his role after just 19 months, becoming the first notable casualty of the British company's restructuring efforts, the Financial Times reports.

--According to the FT, Mr. Kirby will leave Rolls-Royce in June with an undisclosed payoff, and sources say he is close to confirming a new position at another company.
