Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC (RR.LN, RYCEY) aerospace president Tony Wood is leaving the company as it plans to end its divisional structure, the Financial Times reported Tuesday.

Instead of two divisions, the leaders of five units will report directly to Rolls-Royce Chief Executive Warren East, the FT reported.

The report said land and sea president Lawrie Haynes will leave the company in 2016.
