Repsol SA (REP.MC) said late Tuesday that board member Mario Fernandez Pelaz resigned, following a decision from Spain's Supreme Court dismissing his appeal against a judgment given by a lower court on March 2017.

Mr. Fernandez had been a member of Repsol's board since April 2011.
