June 16, 2022, Rennova Health, Inc.
(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Seamus
Lagan, our Chief Executive Officer, would be interviewed on Uptick
Newswire’s “Stock Day” podcast with Sever Copley. A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a transcript
of the interview is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
