("LJM"), including U.S. Patent No. 5,729,730 "Method And Apparatus For Improved Information Storage And Retrieval System", issued on March 17, 1998. Under the terms of the agreement, Quest, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Logos Concepts Inc. and in partnership with Joby A. Hughes, will acquire a 100% controlling interest in the portfolio and have full discretion and responsibility for building a licensing program for the intellectual property and technology rights relating to the portfolio. Quest and its partners will share in licensing royalty revenues generated from the licensing of the patented technology.
