On October 17, 2019 and October 18, 2019, respectively, the Company received the resignations of Sheldon Karasik and Michael S. Miller as members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Copies of their letters of resignation are attached as Exhibits 17.3 and 17.4 to this Form 8-K.
