QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (OTC: QRSM) announced today it has suspended negotiations to acquire National Education Music Co. (�NEMC�), Mountainside, New Jersey. A Letter of Intent seeking to acquire NEMC was signed in February 2006. The Company cited deterioration of credit and market conditions as the reason for the suspension.
