Premier Information Management, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PIFR) today released a CEO News Letter in anticipation of coming news releases.

First let me state that 2010 will be a great year for Premier. Following substantial restructuring, Premier is a fundamentally different company in the healthiest position of its history.

Second we must apologize to frustrated investors for the lack of news during 08/09. The company has now created a policy for communications which we feel will strike the proper balance between transparency and market awareness.

As many are aware, businesses in Premier's market sector often suffer from cash flow issues. In 2008/09 with prevailing market conditions, Premier had to make some hard choices in order to address difficulties in raising cash required to sustain existing clients and fund growth. We are pleased to say the end result was a healthy reduction in operating costs without any losses in productivity.

Over the next several weeks, based on recent events, the company will be making a number of significant announcements. In addition, the company has applied to have its trade listing returned to full Pink Sheet status. This process usually takes between one and two months.

We look forward to significant growth in 2010 and we hope our investors will reap the benefit of Premier's new strength and direction.

Sincerely,

Tom Miller CEO
