AMLM financials just hit OTC Markets. PDIV’s status has not changed since last filings.

PDIV probably needs to raise funds so its subsidiary, USA Lithium Holdings, Corp, can pay AMLM and Searchlight for the mining agreements.

GNCP no longer has a role in the Silvercreek mining agreements after USAL was transferred from GNCP to PDIV. However, GNCP could be a funding source for PDIV. That might explain GNCP's increased Authorized Shares.

Speculation.

Pdiv needs to go ahead a finish buying Gncp they own so much of it already it in itself has no value it can’t be traded because management has no power or say pdiv has the control why not finish the job and let be pdiv instead of a sitting duck gncp

when you file a 78 209 with the state to alter your share structure (increase, split, etc), there are 2 options with regard to timing---if no date effective is selected in the filing, the change takes affect immediately---or you can select a date as long as it is within 90 days from the filing---methinks it's the latter since it hasn't taken affect yet---but who knows with these guys as they once put out a ridiculous 4,197 page filing which was a waste of paper/bandwidth

Good point about maybe needing to amend their filing. I thought the NRS 78.209 filing might have interfered somehow.

at the very least, one of their control persons doesn't seem to age...not much changes in their filings, and this exact verbiage has been in there for at least 5 years---

I will venture a guess the filing was somehow incorrect or incomplete, but do not see the specific problem.

somebody threw a hundred bucks at it---the spread is so wide you can drive a truck thru it ...no mention in the filing of the proposed share structure changes or any specifics about paying AMLM the $50K due this past August---probably have to wait until AMLM files to get the real skinny on that payment...

No idea--would have to buy the filing--they mentioned in the past going to 500M---they also mentioned preferreds as currently there are none---the preferred designation would be another filing as this 78-209 is for A/S changes and splits
