Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. ("PCS Edventures" or the "Company") (OTCBB: PCSV) during the period between March 28, 2007 and August 15, 2007, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The complaint accuses the defendants of violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by virtue of the Company's fabricating, during the Class Period, the existence of a lucrative contract with a Saudi Arabian partner, Global Techniques a/k/a PCS Middle East, for the sale of product to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, when in fact no such contract or agreement was in place or likely to be put into place. According to the complaint, when the true state of affairs became known, the value of PCS Edventures shares declined significantly.
