Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The stock options were granted under the issuer's 2019 Stock Incentive Plan in connection with the Reporting Person's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the issuer.
(2)	The options are exercisable at the following exercise prices: (i) 100,000 shares at $1.05 per share; (ii) 100,000 shares at $2.00 per share; (iii) 100,000 shares at $2.50 per share; (iv) 100,000 shares at $3.00 per share; and (v) 100,000 shares at $3.50 per share.
(3)	The options vest in equal annual installments over a five-year period, with the first installment being exercisable on February 12, 2021.
