PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended October 31, 2017 (the “Form 10-K”) by the prescribed due date due to the fact that the Company is currently assessing whether certain operating costs associated with software development and manufacturing and installation of fixed assets that have been capitalized in certain of the Company’s financial statements should instead have been expensed as incurred. Because the foregoing matters were identified very recently, the Company requires additional time to complete the Form 10-K.
