ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
Park Highlands
On June 3, 2021, Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT, Inc. (the “Company”), through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, sold approximately 193 developable acres of undeveloped land located in North Las Vegas, Nevada (“Park Highlands”) for sales proceeds of approximately $56.5 million, which includes $6.8 million of proceeds for future development obligations.
As a result of the sale, the Company owns approximately 800 developable acres of Park Highlands. The purchaser was not affiliated with the Company or Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, LLC.
