MGYOY Mol Magyar Olay Es Gazipari Rt (PK)

BUDAPEST--Hungarian energy group MOL Nyrt. (MOL.BU) Friday said it had extended a credit facility signed in 2011.

MAIN FACTS:

-The facility covers 561 million euros ($709.3 million).

-The originally agreement was signed on June 10, 2011 and with the extension expires on June 10, 2017.

-MOL said the extension involves unchanged interest levels.
