Don't know for a fact but it appears that the initial order to cease trading due to and SEC move against email spamming has been overturned.
MENI is up 29,900% today, lol on 1100 shares traded. Sure would be nice if this started trading again.
I bet the share structure is likely still the same.
Outstanding Shares

Hi DS,
The company is still a “Grey Market” company which means no market makers are quoting the stock. In order to get back onto the Pinks, we need a market maker to file a form 15c2-11 on our behalf with FINRA. I’ve talked with several market makers but we have not confirmed one yet. Most of the market makers I’ve been spoken to have expressed a lot more interest in the company if we are planning a listing on the OTCBB. This would require some additional time and work, but it is an option we’re looking at as well.
The company is working on a number of new mobile web sports and entertainment services. Most of the applications we are working on now are focused on the upcoming fall sports season. I’ll be updating the site with these new services over the next few weeks.
I understand your frustration as this process of getting the company back onto the Pinks is taking much longer than anticipated, but things do continue to move ahead. We are still a small company, but very committed.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me again.
Regards,
Kevin

Just heard back from Kevin. This is what he e-mailed. Looks promising:
Yes, the name change was just approved and became active today. We needed to change the company name, primarily because the old name “Sports-Stuff.com Inc.” was a domain name that the company does not even own ( i.e. if you go to sports-stuff.com that website has nothing to do with the company)! We’ve been marketing our products and services through “Mobilized Entertainment” since 2006, so the new company name now matches and “Mobilized Entertainment” more accurately describes what the company does. The company website has been http://www.mobilizedentertainment.com since 2006.
Currently the company is still a “Grey Market” company which means no market makers are quoting the stock. In order to get back onto the Pinks, we need a market maker file a form 15c2-11 on our behalf with the NASD. This work is in process though taking longer than expected, and we wanted to do a name change before completing this work. After a market maker files 15c2-11 and it is cleared by the NASD then the company should be back on the Pinks. Part of our new 15c211 application process will include posting new financials on PinkSheets.com.
An important part of getting a market maker to sponsor the company is to have a solid business plan, so the rebuilding the operations of the company over the past year has been a priority. We have not issued any news while we’ve been going through this rebuilding phase, but I have been posting some updates on the website. We expect to be putting some news out shortly.
I'll be making some changes to the website over the next couple of weeks which will show some of the new mobile web based applications that we've been working on over the past few months.
Additionally, you may have received a letter from a company called InPlays recently. If you want to discuss this I am happy to do so, and I can tell you why I believe a deal with this company is not in the best interest of shareholders.
If you want to discuss anything on the phone, I’d be happy to give you a call sometime.
