2013 Q2 Revenue was $191,668, a 39% increase from 2012 Q2 Revenue of $137,778. This marks the 5th consecutive quarter YOY of 25% or greater revenue growth and the 11th out of the last 12 quarters to achieve this level of growth. Revenues also represent the second consecutive quarter with all-time record revenues achieved.

2013 Q2 Net Income was $12,695 an approximate 1265% increase from 2012 Q2 Net Income which was $930.

Total Expenses for the second quarter were $178,973, a 30% increase from $136,848, the Total Expenses for the same time period last year.

Highlights of the 2nd Quarter:

In the quarter, the company, via its mobile subsidiary i-Mobilize, continued its ongoing development, release, and substantial updates of content packaged as Mega-Apps on both the Apple iOS and Google Play platforms. The popularity with the consumer audience was on full display in the quarter as sales in the second quarter exceeded the first quarter, unusual considering the immediate post--holiday period is typically the largest quarter in terms of consumer product app sales in the retail markets. The company's conversion of Glenn Harrold's popular Create Inner Peace to a Mega-App on the Apple Appstore in late April and major update in early May to the company's flagship top selling App, Relax and Sleep Well by Glenn Harrold, fueled record sales in the quarter. Other key events in the quarter:

• The company's top selling app, "Relax and Sleep Well by Glenn Harrold" has reached the #1 grossing rank in the Lifestyle category on iTunes over 40 countries. The App has ranked in the Top 20 grossing Lifestyle Apps in the United States for an entire year and a significant update was performed in early May that added brand new Glenn Harrold material to the App.
• i-Mobilize released four new Glenn Harrold tracks as Apps on the iOS system; Spiritual Healing, Overcome Procrastination, Feel Alive Now, and Heal Your Inner Child
• Metatron experienced a 15% increase in app downloads for 2013 YTD YOY compared to 2012. iAd Impressions YTD totaled 12.9 million, representing a 216% increase YOY.
• Metatron announced an extension of the moratorium on Authorized Share increase or reverse splits through Q3 2013 (September 30, 2013), with no plans to end either beyond that time frame.
