On June 14, 2023, MediXall Group, Inc. (the "Company") received the resignation of Michael J. Swartz as President, Secretary and Board Member, effective June 14, 2023. Mr. Swartz’s resignation was not a result of a disagreement relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Swartz’s resignation as President, Secretary and Board Member is accepted by the board.
