Most of what is coming from this company has been a repetition of old news, the real belief here still has not come about, the trading of this stock is still iffy, etc. We all know that if this company had by now really moved ahead net wise, we would have seen an update of such on the OTC IVDN Market Website but IVDN has fallen short of producing that information there not because of any problem in The OTC getting that info out but because IVDN has not given that particular info to The OTC Board, thus the Sec Delinquent Sign is still posted on that site. What is new, the Old Repetitive Merry Go Round is still in place producing the same end results in this stock still trading at around it’s lowest level. August 2024 is right around the corner, the then tenth month of IVDN’s business year.

It is not hard to see by the kind of trading that is happening when this thing trades that the real belief of IVDN making the grade is still out. We are still falling short of seeing what is needed here, real net legal good figures reported to The Sec on The OTC Market IVDN Website, The Sec Delinquent Sign is definitely not helping IVDN, but as we can see, management has not responded to that situation, they seem to be still fixed on repeating IVDN’s long long history here. Seeing a legally reported net surge in earnings after expenses will be the only thing that move this stock upward, most of the news out has come out two to three months ago and been repeated and repeated and this stock has not budged upward yet. We need to see all the facts on The OTC IVDN Market Website, then when reported to the Sec there, plus see that the Sec delinquent sign is removed, then maybe we will have something of full legality to stand on. When will we see IVDN’s stock price rise again when even what has been repeatedly stated many times has not registered in getting this stock’s price to hold up to the $.15 to $.17 level, never mind get back up to the, at least $.20 to $.25, level. It seems that there is still no real full trust here until legally proven that the figures are given to The Sec on a most recognizable official stock and information website, the OTC Market Website. Reality is what it is and it faces us all every day day in that something even with that has been brought out about this company has not helped this stock, in fact this stock is struggling more today than ever before. Yes budfoxfun, we certainly are hearing big things are steadily coming together for IVDN now. There are plenty of details in the official news from the company which any mature minded and patient investor would appreciate. Everything else posted on this chat-board by anonymous persons with questionable mindsets is not even worth reading (which I no longer bother to do - LOL).
We are on well our way to seeing the highest revenue and most quickly accelerating growth year in IVDN history for 2024. This has already been pre-announced in the last two official company press releases on May 30th and April 10th. Just a matter of time for the market to recognize this and have it start to reflect in the stock price.

Amazing how bad this stock has performed for so long. Go back and take a look at what was released on June 23,2017, on the OTC Ivdn Market Website. Go to research, then Part 5, Item 4. Check the highs and lows of the IVDN stock price then and check where it is today, things are supposed to be a lot better for this company, and the stock price cannot even hold up to the the 2017 low IVDN sock price of $.20, reality shows a much different real picture here, a picture of one going around and around this one goes but never seems to produce wbat has been waited for for too many years here, while the regular shareholder’s have taking it on the chin here is proven fact. These -facts cannot be hidden, seven years latter, after June 23, 2017, now July 5, 2024 and this stock has drastically gone backwards. We have been told by some folks that things are currently much better now, how good a shape this company is currently going forward, wake up, have we not heard of something like this befiore, there is a reason why this stock went from a much much higher stock price level many years back to where it is now and it is currently struggling to stay up to around it’s lowest stock price level in years. The print shows where it counts, on The OTC Market IVDN Website, IVDN has been a looser for a long time and with the same management in place as has been for over two decades, the picture is still not in reality, stock price wise, no clearer here with this two person operating company. Well, IVDN is past it’s eighth month of it’s 2024 business year and this business is still showing a very weak stock price, will IVDN survive by year’s end, who knows. Some folks wonder why this company’s stock price has taken a beating for quite awhile, the trading volume, when this stock does trade , has fallen off as well this year. Bottom line in reality, unless proven not by other sources, but by way of a reporting to The Sec on by way of The OTC IVDN Market Website, then will most folks believe. IVDN is a company with a good product, but for how long until someone comes along with a much better one, of which will not be as long as some folks think. Bottom line, to stay healthy business wise in today’s marketplace , you need to have a real top product, a lot of capital for continuing research and above everything else the best management that expedites quickly and decisively when needed. IVDN will probably perform even worse next year, let’s see what the next release brings out after expenses etc including what this CEO must be selling this product for in order to just get it out to all of his newbies. The bottom line here is that this stock will have none of the repetitiveness that has always gone on here, been too long with this managements statements that no one is now paying any attention to. I would not be surprised to see the IVDN stock price heading lower again within a short time, as per the trading here, no one is interested anymore, it has joined the ranks of the old stinky pinkies. I have been calling for Joe Riccelli to be fired for almost 5 years. If this was a REAL company, he would have been long gone. But IVDN is not a REAL company. It is a mom and pop with no employees. This company should have remained private and never sold stock. It was Joe's ego that brought this company public. It is Joe's ego that keeps him in the CEO chair.
Where is the BOD's? Probably hanging at Joe's house for a Sunday BBQ?
You notice that nobody can defend him except to say the he mortgaged his home during the FTC trail. The poster that called you and I "idiots", the poster that I challenged to defend our CEO, has not responded to that challenge. Why? Because he can't.
Where are you GD11? Adding up your loses?
BTW, the last quarters record sales came when our CEO was flat on his back in the hospital. He was not "diligently" working with our management team, he was in survival mode.

Dickmo, I agree, patience is important, but over two decades worth and this stock having gone backwards is a little too much. We shareholders’s have seen what the lack of good management can do to any company and we are still seeing that currently. Based on this company’s long history of not progressing ahead there is, as we all can see, no reason to believe that this stock will really ever make the grade, we can consider ourselves lucky if we ever see the high $.20s again ever mind some of the wild predictions of this stock ever getting to the $ 20.00 area.
