Imperial Tobacco Group PLC was today advised that the following PDMR sold ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares") as follows: -

The Trustee of the Trust further advised the Company that following the above sale of Shares, the majority of which were held as lodged shares in the Imperial Tobacco Group Share Matching Scheme (the SMS), the associated additional shares conditionally allocated to Mr van Benthem under the SMS will lapse.
