Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	Inadvertently omitted filing Form 4 for September 30, 2014 transaction. The reporting person acquired these shares in full satisfaction of a $22,170.78 balance owed in connection with the reporting person's employment as president of the issuer.
( 2)	Inadvertently omitted filing Form 4 for December 23, 2014 transaction. The reporting person acquired these shares from the Nicholas P. Plotnikoff Family Trust pursuant to a Second Amended Plan of Liquidation approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware due to the reporting person's status as an unsecured creditor.
