Do you plan to sell them?
We own the properties in and around the old Idarado site in order to perform our duty to reclaim and maintain the site. We have a long-term agreement with the town of Telluride to provide water treatment. We currently have no plans to develop the property.

Thanks new world, if it is a rare earth play...next year those stocks will be hot as we detach from China. It appears the reclamation is on going but very little left. And the water system for Telluride is part of there pence for the tailings leak.
Buccaner1961 postings are I believe, nothing more needs to be said, should be no bid.
I am from this state and one thing I am sure of is Colorado is keeping there mining activities to a minimum the Victor Mine (I did a lot of camping in cripple creek) which is also owned by NEM is one of the few left a few coal mines. I think MOLY was mined on the western slope, but I believe shuttered. 95% of the mining claims in Colorado are dormant. Oh did I mention fracking, you get it.
They will never do any mining in Colorado since the invasion of the California snow flakes.
