garnered attention from close business associates, high net worth
individuals, who, based on the growth potential of Avita, have
offered to provide as-needed funding for the relaunch and expansion
of the Avita brand. Mr. Stokes has also personally provided
the initial investment dollars to jump-start Avita's relaunch.
