Playbox (US) Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PYBX), has also acquired the leadership of Christopher Glover, the new President of Playbox (US) Inc.

The President of Con-X Construction, Mr. Ricardo Caicedo, is excited to move forward with large-scale projects under this new structure.

Playbox (US) has gone through a tremendous restructuring and has positioned itself for a very positive green play in the construction arena by acquiring Con-X Construction Ltd. Aligning with people with proven track records and the ambition to create long-term value for shareholders and companies alike.

Con-X Construction Ltd. is a Canadian company with very close ties to Con-X Commercial Management. They have completed projects in Latin America, Canada, the USA and Saudi Arabia, with ongoing contracts in Saudi Arabia and Canada, where they have completed in excess of 100 homes in 2010 and have close ties with various princes and companies working as consultants and Project Planners.

Con-X is in final negotiations for a general contract to complete 152 single-family homes over the next 3 years (2011-2014) just outside of Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
