(OTC PINK: HSTI) ("HSTI") today announced its intention to offer 2,000,000 shares of its common stock priced at $1.50 per share exclusively to "accredited investors" pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum. There is a minimum purchase requirement of $10,000.00. The offering may continue until the Maximum Offering amount of $3,000,000 is raised or until May 1, 2021, whichever occurs first.
