HFBG Hall of Fame Beverages Inc New (CE)

In a continuing effort to keep the shareholders informed, Hall of Fame Beverage (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is eager to update shareholders of recent events.

As the Company has stated earlier, Hall of Fame Beverage submitted the materials it felt was sufficient to Pink Sheets LLC in an attempt to lift the "Caveat Emptor" symbol from the Company's information. Pink Sheets LLC has informed the Company that they require a Legal Opinion Letter to be completed by the corporate attorney. Mr. Twombly, the Company's CEO, met with the attorney in person late last week and the paperwork is being coordinated and should be completed shortly.

We feel these strict standards are in the best interest of Hall of Fame Beverage and its shareholders. Although it has taken the Company longer than anticipated to rectify the lingering filing issues, we are secure in the knowledge that it will benefit all involved once completed," states Larry Twombly; Hall of Fame Beverage CEO.

Hall of Fame's new look was on display at the WSA Trade Show at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas NV which took place from April 6 to April 8 2010. The Company proudly showed off its new Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea along with Atomic Dogg to great fanfare. This is but one of many steps in the effort to get the Company's products in front of and in the hands of as many people as possible.
