H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) ("H3" or the "Company"), the world's first publicly traded Hip-Hop company, has signed a multi-center license deal with iGames.com to support a new Apps for LAN Centers program in all current and future HipHopSodaShops. The program supports access to exclusive or semi-exclusive betas, early releases of commercial video games, HipHopSodaShop in-store game exclusives (maps and other features), digital distribution of games with savings opportunity and at least one A+ title per quarter. The program officially starts October 1st 2008.

"The Apps for LAN Centers program is a revolutionary initiative that has the potential to create a billion dollar market within the years to come. Offering commercial video games to play prior to public release will create unprecedented in-store video gaming demand," said Jordan Edelson, H3's Chief Technology Officer and Digital Entertainment Director. "The HipHopSodaShop's first-to-market support for the program sets us on a unique and progressive path within the video game sector. H3 will be supporting and implementing many forward thinking programs like this in the coming months."

In addition to supporting the Apps for LAN Centers program, the HipHopSodaShops have been approved for Halo 3 Game Nights. The Halo 3 Game Night consists of weekly competitive play between teams (2 vs. 2) located at LAN centers across the United States and Canada. Play will occur every Thursday evening (7 PM to 10 PM Eastern Time) at the HipHopSodaShops from October 2nd to December 11th. This period of time includes Pre-Season, Regular Season, and Playoffs. In total, $1,500 in cash prizes will be awarded among top placing teams. More information will be available at HipHopSodaShop.com.
