The only way a company can (hopefully) remedy the revocation of their SEC registration is to file a FORM 10 with 2 years of independently audited Financials. In my significant experience that is not likely to happen......otherwise the company wouldn't have become delinquent in the first place, and secondly the company could have voluntarily de-registered from the SEC by a FORM 15 and then become an alternate reporting company to OTC Markets. That didn't happen either.

Can this ever be reactivated?

Yes, all SEC Suspensions are for exactly 10 market days.

OTC has a specific process and it’s meant to take a long time. If CE drops, this will head to .005+ no problem. Just like DBMM

gacr posted q on fri 11th.....this puts them up to date with filings for the last several years.......took the summer off , and have been at my camp in northern maine for a few months.....cell service horrible up here ,but for grins checked with otc markets after market close fri.

was poking around OTC website looking up another pink.....decided to look in on gacr.......filings for...2/5...2/17...3/23...3/28......and today .....4/11.
attorney letter to O T C markets...for the year end 12/31 2021.... that they are in full reporting compliance....C E should come off SOON
this company actually did make shuttle bus conversions mostly to nat gas....but also had the E -PATRIOT elect van......a P R with a partner, or a purchase order from a municipality for a few vans, and this goes to dollar land.

the rumor from riverside was.......remo webber had an E V rolling chassis....and was trying to buy up gacr about 18 months ago for the shell.
in their filings they state they have a sub contractor they`re working with to develop their E V line-up....and already have 2 proto`s.

one is an newer version of their E -Patriot they showed off about 5 years ago........the C E O (fred Luke).....currently has an office

otc markets has removed the "dark defunct"....and replaced it with pink limited.....i just tried to buy some on td and order rejected because of C E.

The CE won't come off that quickly. This had a nice pop lately but will definitely come back down and trade sideways before the CE removal comes. Look at how long the attorney letter takes for some tickers going from CE to Pink Current. Several weeks at minimum, if not 1-2 months. And $10 per share? Come on.

otc markets (disclosure)....eight filings dropped on the 9/2..... they have been working on an E V , the last few years while dark, and have a partner to manufacture......they`re going with an updated version of the E-PATRIOT....for lease as shuttles....airports ....possible mass transit.....don`t need huge batteries...because routes in cities for transit rarely exceed 50 or 100 miles.......the C E should come off quickly!

if they post a picture of a shuttle or get a contract with a city for a few dozen of these for transit or postal....this will be at $10 share within a few weeks....the big online brokers should allow trading of this again...maybe as early as today!

puttering around on the nevada S O S , looking for new listings, came onto this "OLD DOG"

company officers listed as inactive back in july of 2019.......list of officers was due last june.......S O S listed GACR in DEFAULT last fall

on march 9 they must have updated their status, because they are now listed as ACTIVE.......annual report due june 30 2021

Fred Luke is back as pres.......but new officer (alan rothman).....listed as secretary and director (rothman is a lawyer)
