Tree Top Industries Adds Harry Kay to Advisory Board

Tree Top Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:TTII) announces that it has
expanded its universal energy Advisory Board with the addition of
Mr. Harry Kay.
Kathy Griffin, President of Tree Top, stated, "Our primary focus
is on the development of our proprietary hazardous waste
destruction technology. According to the Pharma 2009 Annual Report,
the current method of handling hazardous waste in the
pharmaceutical industry costs upwards of $1.2 billion annually, and
is growing by 12% each year as new drugs are produced. Over
600,000,000 lbs. of pharmaceutical waste is generated in this
country every year. Mr. Kay, whose long career includes
advising companies in both the public and private sectors, will
work with Tree Top regarding its universal energy business
including BioEnergy Applied Technologies (BAT).

Harry Kay began his long career first as a marine sergeant, who
fought in the Pacific during World War II. In 1948, he joined
the Israeli army and fought in their war for Independence, losing
an eye during one of the last battles of the war. Mr.
Kay has been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer
for several public companies and an active investor in and
consultant for several private companies, including Presidential
Holdings, Inc. and The K Group. He has been the largest
stockholder in a co-generation plant in Bakersfield, California and
the principle investor in similar ventures. He has a wide range of
international business and government contacts especially in Israel
and the Middle East, and has worked with Shimon Peres, Major
General Harold Brooks, and Colin Powell.
