On September 12, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors engaged Astra Audit & Advisory LLC (“Astra”) as the Company’s new independent accountant to audit the Company’s financial statements and to perform reviews of interim financial statements. Are alt filers a lot less likely to get approved for RS?

Mainly the serial reverse splitters, that are SEC Reporting. FINRA has been difficult recently, thankfully. But all's it takes is time to fulfill the requirements. I like the Alt Reporters that have no chance at RS.
