effort offering Avaya's new IP Office 9.0 to its customers.
CCI Telecom, Inc. will begin immediately offering Avaya's
new IP-Office 9.0 upgrade providing seamless collaboration of
voice, video and mobility at a lower cost of ownership to its
clients. CCI Telecom, Inc. currently services over 500
regional Avaya clients in the southeast in many verticals, such as
Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, retail and Service as a
business clients.
Some operability enhancements include:
- Avaya-new software scales to 2000 users (previously 1000).
- Avaya virtualized software "vmWare" as an option.
- Avaya-IP-Office solutions through a one-time login to a single
URL reducing administration overhead.
- Avaya-IP-Office deployment can be installed in stand alone,
independent, or be converted to Avaya
Arora networks in central branch models.
