Still hold the 180M shares. The SEC apparently had not revoke EVIO's registration. Does that me something or ONLY that they have not gone around to doing it. Another of my past stocks still on my account is listed as SEC revoked........

If it is not dead it is in a deep deep comma. I keep hoping that it is not. I took up 180M shares just after it announced the move into construction with headquarters to Florida. I thought that with hurricanes and normal upkeep construction would be a money maker. Obviously, it was bad bad bad........................................ I wrote off my $18,840 bucks.
Can't sell it so why not? if a miracle happens, I will have to recognize the write off in the current year OR submit a correct 2023 tax return.

Where did you obtain this information? The Ask shows 1.47 billion shares, which is worse than ever before.

There’s been no considerable buying. My guess is, the reduction of the Ask size reflects people‘s low expectations to ever get out. Ironically, in giving up, they‘ve made it a lot easier. The problem is that the company‘s been flagged as „Grace Period“ by OTC Markets. Without immediate financial reports, there will by no U.S. brokers left to take buy orders for this ticker in a couple of days. After the Grace Period, they‘ll face damnation on the Expert Market.

Are people buying this? I put this on the back burner and because I saw hundreds of millions on the ask. Now it has been reduced 160 million so people are buying this and want to know what is going on.
