French hotels and services company Accor SA (AC.FR) Tuesday said two directors resigned from its board.

Independent board member Gabriele Galateri di Genola, a Telecom Italia (TIT.MI) executive, and Alain Quinet, a representative of Accor shareholder and French state-controlled investment group Caisse des Depots and Consignations, have resigned, the company said in its notice for the annual shareholders meeting.

The company also announced the nomination of L'Oreal (OR.FR) executive Sophie Gasperment to the board, to be voted at the June 29 shareholder meeting.

Board members Thomas Barrack from U.S. private equity firm Colony Capital and Patrick Sayer of Eurazeo (RF.FR) will stand for re-election at the meeting, the Accor board of directors said.

Colony and Eurazeo are Accor shareholders.

Accor, which is in the process of demerging into two, separately listed companies, said the prospectus for the new services company will be made available on May 17, after the markets close.
