Ljubica Stefanovic, President of
EFLN, is pleased to announce that management has completed the
process of preparing and uploading to OTC the documents, which will
result in the removal of the caveat emptor sign from the OTC Market
Website. "We are pleased with this accomplishment as the company
seeks to be viewed as fully transparent."

increase in its asset base of approximately $4.9 million dollars, which will result in an

eFUEL has recently entered into negotiations and is actively
involved in the bidding process to acquire a European
transportation hub. Ljubica Stefanovic, President of EFLN,
stated, "that the negotiations for this valuable asset are ongoing;
