PR Newswire (US)
DAMASCUS, Md., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Syndication Inc.,
(Other OTC: SYNJ.PK), reports that McCutcheon Marshall Jr.,
President and Chairman of the Board for Sentinel Renewable Energy
S.C. Inc. and Pinnacle Energy Inc., the wholly owned energy
subsidiary of Syndication Inc. stated that, "from the very
beginning of the project we planned to aggressively exploit the
government financing earmarked by the Obama administration for
alternative energy development. In my opinion, the news released by
South Carolina State University (SCSU), provides a small glimpse of
the work that is going on behind the scenes and the relationships
that are being developed by the Company." The article reports that
the university is seeking a $25 million federal stimulus DOE grant
to produce biofuel and will be the lead organization in a
consortium, along with the Penn Center, the Williamsburg County
Development Board and Sentinel Renewable Energy. As quoted in the
article, "The sky is the limit," interim Vice President of Research
and Economic Development Dr. Leonard McIntyre says. To read the
article in its entirety go to,

like to remind the shareholders of the pending RECORD DATE for the
2% dividend that is to be paid on all shares owned as of the record
date 'October 19th 2009'. The Company would advise shareholders to
contact their brokerage house to determine their X Dividend Date.
"The dividend policy of the Company is designed to increase equity
valuation, enhance the potential for equity investment, discourage
short trading activity and, most importantly foster a longer term
investor attitude. As the growth in valuation of the Company
becomes realized the dividends will become a strong attraction to
new shareholders," said Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication Inc. The
Company indicates that additional announcements are pending. This
