NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA and OTTAWA, ONTARIO wholly-owned subsidiary, Data Evolution Corporation (DEC), today announced its agreement with Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) pursuant to which DEC is the exclusive provider of large screen computing devices compatible with Whirlpool centralpark(TM) connection refrigerator models.

The Clio Vu, displayed at CES 2008, incorporates the award-winning SwingTop form factor that has been used in previous Clio models; however, the Clio Vu differs from other Clio devices in that it has been designed to maximize organizational tasks and enjoyment in the kitchen.

"We were very excited to show off the incredible design of the Clio Vu with Whirlpool at CES 2008," said Robert Sowah, DEC's Chief Executive Officer. "The buzz around the Clio Vu for the centralpark connection confirmed that consumers are ready for organizational computing on their refrigerators."

"The exciting design of the Clio Vu demonstrates the power and versatility of the centralpark(TM) connection system," said Mark Hamilton, Whirlpool's Director of centralpark. "The Clio Vu is the key part of the centralpark module lineup and we are confident that the combination will be successful."

Clio Vu, pre-loaded with Cozi family organizational software, helps clear refrigerators of sticky notes, traditional notepads and calendars, while keeping grocery lists and schedules organized. Equipped with Wi- Fi, the Clio Vu can be removed easily from the centralpark connection digital hub and brought on trips to the corner coffee shop or on other errands and activities. Using touch screen, keypad or handwriting input, consumers are easily able to update their schedules and keep track of their home happenings without the clutter. Clio Vu users also have the freedom to watch movies and look up recipes and other information online while working in the kitchen.

The production version of the Clio Vu will be available in 2008. Whirlpool centralpark(TM) connection refrigerators are currently available through BestBuy and hhgregg.
