The Registrant is unable to file its Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report for the period ended March 31, 2008 in a timely manner without unreasonable effort and expense because of unanticipated delays. It is anticipated that the Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report, along with the financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Registrant's Form 10-QSB.
